1. Membership Plans

Homestead Carwash offers unlimited monthly wash memberships that allow members to wash their vehicle as often as they like during their active subscription period.

• Express Wash ($24.99/month) - Basic exterior wash with essential cleaning.
• Deluxe Wash ($39.99/month) - Enhanced wash with additional shine and protection.
• Shine & Protect ($79.99/month) - Premium wash with full protection, wax, and premium finish.

2. Billing & Payments

Membership fees are billed monthly on the same date you originally signed up. By subscribing, you authorize Homestead Carwash to charge your payment method on file each month until you cancel.

• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.
• Failed payment attempts may result in temporary suspension of membership benefits.
• You can update your payment method at any time through your account dashboard.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to wash services until that date.

4. Vehicle Requirements

To ensure safe and effective washing, vehicles must meet the following requirements:

• Standard passenger vehicles only (cars, SUVs, trucks under certain height/length limits).
• No oversized vehicles, RVs, trailers, or commercial trucks.
• Vehicles must have secure mirrors, antennas, and accessories.
• Remove loose items, bike racks, or aftermarket accessories that may be damaged.

5. Weather Conditions

No credits or refunds will be issued for days when the car wash is closed due to weather.

6. Operating Hours

Our car wash is open daily from 7:30AM to xxPM (hours subject to change). Holiday hours may vary. Please check our website or call ahead for the most current schedule.

7. Damage Disclaimer

Homestead Carwash takes every precaution to ensure a safe wash experience. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or loose vehicle parts.
• Damage to aftermarket accessories, antennas, or improperly secured items.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow our staff's instructions.

If you believe damage occurred during your wash, please notify our staff immediately before leaving the premises.

8. Account & Membership Transfer

Memberships are non-transferable and tied to a specific vehicle. Each membership allows unlimited washes for one registered vehicle only.

• You may update the vehicle on your membership once per billing cycle at no charge.
• Additional vehicles require separate memberships.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect and store your personal information (name, email, phone, payment details) solely for the purpose of managing your membership and providing our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to process payments.

10. Changes to Terms

Homestead Carwash reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
